What it is

A new version of DayMap, built for the web and Android from the start. It isn't a cut-down companion app. It has the board, the schedule, and the tools you plan with.

In your browser

Open DayMap in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari on any computer. Nothing to install.

On your Android phone

Laid out for a phone, with your projects one at a time and the day a tap away. An Android app is in the works.

In sync

With DayMap Pro, what you plan on the computer is on your phone, and the other way around.

Everything you plan with

The beta includes what DayMap does on Apple devices today.

Plan your work

Projects and your week

  • Projects as columns, with tasks and subtasks
  • Drag tasks onto any day of the week
  • 3 Daily Bearings for what matters most today
  • Inbox and Quick Add, which reads "tomorrow at 3pm"
  • Areas to keep work and home apart
  • Repeating tasks, deadlines, and search
Look back and ahead

The tools around the plan

  • Overlook: the day at a glance, each morning
  • Waypoint: a short end-of-day journal
  • Summary of what you finished, by week to year
  • Templates for projects you run again and again
  • Shared projects, for working with someone else
  • English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Portuguese

Good to know before you join

It doesn't sync with the Apple apps yet. The web and Android version keeps its own copy of your planner. You can bring your projects across once by importing a backup from DayMap on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone. Syncing between the two is planned for later.
An App Store purchase doesn't carry over yet. DayMap Pro bought through the App Store unlocks the Apple apps. Linking it to the web and Android version is planned for later. You won't need it during the beta: testers get Pro free.
It syncs through DayMap's own server, not iCloud. That's what lets it reach Android. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code; there's no password to remember.
It's a beta. Some things will be rough, and some will break. Use it for real planning, and keep an exported copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
